Framosynth is not responsible for any copyright issues arising from materials submitted by the client.

4. Payments & Billing

  • All payments must be made upfront or as per the mutually agreed terms.
  • Work will begin only after receiving the required payment.
  • Prices may vary based on project complexity, urgency, and client requirements.
  • No refund will be issued once the editing work has started or the initial draft has been delivered.

5. Revisions Policy

  • Revisions are provided as per the plan/package purchased.
  • Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
  • Revisions caused by client mistakes or changes in instructions after the project has started are chargeable.

6. Delivery of Work

  • Final files will be delivered via email, cloud link, or any pre-decided method.
  • Delivery time depends on project complexity and workload.
  • Framosynth is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete information or late responses from the client.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All original content provided by Framosynth remains the intellectual property of Framosynth until full payment is received.
  • After full payment, the client receives rights to use the final delivered video for their intended purpose.
  • Framosynth may use client projects for portfolio or promotional purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for any unlawful activity
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the website
  • Copy or extract code, design, or content from our website
  • Misrepresent your identity or use fake information

9. Limitation of Liability
